Babcock Leonardo Canadian Aircrew Training’s (BLCAT) supply chain stretches from coast-to-coast. Our solution to the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) program is combining international experience and delivering it through an exceptional Canadian supply chain. We’re proud to work with such superior Canadian companies to deliver world-class military aircrew training to the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).

L3Harris is excited to be a part of the program that will be responsible for training the RCAF’s next generation of military aircrews, who will go on to defend Canada’s interests at home and abroad for many decades to come.

  1. Tell us about your history working in Canada.

L3Harris has a rich history in Canada with over 50 years serving the Government of Canada and Canadians in a wide variety of Defence applications, including specialized products, integrated solutions, and full weapon system sustainment.

  1. What positive impact would the FAcT contract deliver to your community?

The FAcT program will help retain and create high-value jobs for Canadians in a number of locations across the country, including at the operating bases in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, but also in Quebec, the location of L3Harris’ main facility. These jobs will maintain and build upon an established legacy of positive economic growth and stability in these regions, including within Canada’s Indigenous communities.
